Meat specialities
As an accompaniment to the wine, on a serving of antipasti or as a snack when travelling – our traditional Italian meat specialities should certainly be on the menu. Our butcher sells not only high quality fresh meat but also classic delicacies such as prosciutto, lardo, coppa di testa and many others.
In our production of them we place great emphasis on the quality of the ingredients and doing things by hand. The time factor also plays a decisive role, as our hams mature for at least 12 months, some of them even for up to five years. Apart from the cotechino fresco and the salame cotto, our products are made without preservatives.
