Eleonora: uncomplicated, inviting and fragrant

Eleonora is youthful, fresh and fruity at the same time but also powerful and elegant with a fine texture. Its combination of Merlot and mature Sangiovese provides a mellow structure with a full flavour. An ideal accompaniment to food without being too assertive.

Vinification | Separate varietal fermentation for approx. 14–18 days in a steel tank at a controlled temperature (26° bis 28° C) |

Tasting notes | Dense ruby red, sweetness up-front and fragrant on the nose, with a cherry liqueur top note, mellow structure with full flavour, fresh energetic acidity |
